Fan Favorite Karen Hawkins has this series moving forward at a fast and furious pace of nonstop love and action.

Fiona McLean is a woman with a mission – to save her family and stop the fighting among the clans. In order to accomplish this she must marry the only man that can help put an end to this and bring peace to the land – Black Jack Kincaid. Fiona hatches a plan that Jack can’t understand once he sobers up and realizes she has tricked him into a marriage that he is unprepared for and does not want. The problem with Jack trying to get out of this marriage is that he has Fiona fighting to keep it and she is stronger willed than even Jack could have imagined.

Fiona knows that her four brothers would not approve and would try to stop this union but she is faster and just a little smarter than they are and gets everything into place so she can have Jack and peace in the family. Fiona is not to be deterred from her mission and with the love she feels for Jack she knows this will work and he too will come to love her. Little does Fiona know that Jack has loved her since they were children and while he makes quite a noise about this marriage he is more than willing to take full advantage of both the opportunity and Fiona’s love.

Fighting off Jack’s jealous ex-lover who is none to happy about this supposed marriage, her brothers ability to control the weather with their magic and an attempt on her life is just another day in the life of a determined woman in Scotland.

This is a great first entry to the series and really gets you ready for the next book TO SCOTLAND WITH LOVE where Fiona’s brother Gregor is the star.
