I just found my copy of The Game. I went through the boxes of books from when we moved (finally) and got rid of a couple of boxes but kept a lot more than I gave away! I know there are more, though... Just gotta find them. How many Deadlies are there? I think I'm missing a couple and believe me, heads will roll!!! Fubar

LOL!!  I think there are eight of them (I have mine put away in a box so they won't gather dust on my bookshelf).  I guess I'll crack 'em out again when the next one is written so I can refresh myself!

Oh, try a big tupperware so they won't go brown and spotted as fast.  I'm still kicking myself for not thinking of this sooner

ya know its been awhile since they were written, and since i read them, and i'm thinking i would like the next deadly to be further along in time, like maybe 8 years later. the novels were all spaced so close together. if there's only gonna be one or two more, i would like some time to have passed.

i think that would be a good idea.

I think thats a great idea, Tidee. There's so much that could change in the span of a few years. But I wonder how that would go with Fran and Calder's wedding?  A long engagement perhaps..... But not too long, they were having a hard time waiting until the wedding!

they could be married. maybe even children, but then the protait turns up, or threatens to...

heck by then the little boy would be grown up, and since he doesn't like the police, maybe he works undercover with the chief.

there's lots of possibilities.

I've been buying up the old Braggs like mad.  Someone on ebay sold a few at a good price.  These will be my reread materials for the winter!

Ah....that made me think of sitting on the couch, snuggled in a blanket in front of the fireplace.

.....which would not please Calder, creating a new type of triangle......

More material for future Deadly books!  Since Fran and Rick didn't get together, maybe their children will, but only after 10 more books of high-profile, fan-torturing, Deadly-the-spin-off books.

BRAVO!  For that excellent post, welcome one new karma point from Aunt Poopy!

I have unopened copies of Secrets and Scandalous Love.  I want to read them again but they look so pretty, all new and shiny.  Should I or should I not read?

Why don't you take a picture of your glossy, new books then read them. Once you've read and re-read them, and they're all crinkled and worn out, you can pull out your nice 4x6 print and reminisce.  Grin  Wink

Since the Bragg series is being re-released, I had my boss order them for me.

My favorite series of all time!  Sad t say that I couldn't get into the Deadlies but I would love to see a happy ending- with Francesca and Rick!  Calder's fine but Rick's my fave.

Excellent idea!  The only problem is I might get addicted again.  The last time I read Secrets, I reread it every night from February to April 2006.  (Really!)
